Default Haltech DPO1 12V

For some reason my MAC solenoid started clicking non stop. I tested another one and it did the same thing. So i looked at wiring and found DPO 1 (pin 5) was supplying 12v to the solenoid ..? This is not supposed to happen correct? It is already getting 12v from the ECU pin #119

Any ideas why my ecu (haltech plug in pro) is doing this?
