Default Adjusting AFR to hit Target using UPREV

Good day Gents,

Vehicle (2004 350Z enthusiast) Only mod is POP Charger intake

I have read thru the 101 Uprev tuning guide, but was unabe to get the answer i'm looking for. Recently got my Uprev Tuner. Did a few datalog on 3rd gear WOT. Realised the AFR in open loop are pretty much LEAN all the way.. From what i see... the closed loop AFR look pretty decent, hitting 14.7 there about.

I read about using the MAF scaling to fine tune the AFR. Am i gonna be alright to use the MAF Scaling adjustment of the MAF voltage to fine tune the open loop AFR?

And also... may i ask what the diff between Fuel trim and AFR Compensation? Why do i still get the AFR Compensation jumping around when i already set the AFR Compensation to be 100% on my uprev map?
