Default ISO: Haltech Map for a Turbonetics build (Rev9 copy)

Hey guys,

I'm wrapping up a single turbo build. Just have to add liquids and bleed the clutch. I'm hoping someone here has a similar build to mine and would be willing to share their map with me so I can drive the car over to the tuner!

Here's a breakdown of my setup:

-Turbonetics/Tredstone (Rev9 copy) utilizing the TN turbo and TN wastegate that came with the original kits
-WG spring=7psi and is VTA
-China BOV is VTA
-550cc Bosch EV14
-255 Walbro w/ a modified fuel regulator & flow-back valve in the fuel basket to get the 52psi @ the rail
-Haltech Platinum Pro P&P
-AEM boost solenoid wired into the ECM (DPO2)
-AEM wideband wired into the ECM (AVI2)
-Cosworth Intake Mani
-catch can is installed using the PCV port and returning back into the left side of the plenum.
-MAF was re-installed and plugged in, not sure if it's needed but I've heard from a tuner that you can use it as a air temp sensor.
-no catalytic converters and with a 3" ebay catback
-Rev9 coil cooler kit (its big, may have to cover half of it)

Not sure if I omitted anything important, if so let me know. If you have a Haltech map for something similar, please PM me!

What's interesting, is that I found a turbo map in a Haltech folder in 'My Documents' called Pro_Z33_Turbo-113_VE. Does anyone know anything about it?

Thanks ahead for any replies guys!

~Kam

No map is gonna be plug and play.

You should try to set up the haltech and gingerly drive to your nearest tuner.

Yea I know, I was just hoping for a starting point.

The only thing that's preventing me from firing it up is the injector settings. The base map is setup for stock injectors, which obviously I don't have anymore. I'm still curious what's up with that turbo map that came with the software. I couldn't find any information on it anywhere.

Alright. After talking to Haltech and the guy I bought the injectors from, I was able to configure my flow rate table and injector dead times. Here's a before and after. Can someone confirm if this looks right for a starting point?

yeah the forum is pretty dead.

Assuming you don't have a RFS with rising rate FPR. Must be some large injectors for those latencies.
