tuning advise/help

After a year and a half i have finally finished my car.I have got it running ok
.The tuner cant get me in till the 25 of August at the earliest,so I've been messing around with my tuner cable (uprev) .I can get it to idle in the 13.5-14.2 range cold (i have inovative dual wide ban O2 censors ) I have a uprev MAF coming this week .The problem is depending on the air temp it will idle any where from 10.2up to 20.5 on bank 1 and 13.5to22.4 on bank 2 then it will flip flop after it has warmed up. So as one bank starts to go lean the other will go rich.I can not get it to stay constant.In the rom editor i have the AFR set at 14.25 across the board.I have drop the K value down to 23100.Im running 2015 GTR fuel injectors 720 cc.When driving down the road my AFRs are in the 12.2-15.6 range at a steady speed.The second you let off the gas it goes dead lean 22.4 and if you give it any gas it will go fat 9.5. I have not messed with the MAF setting yet or the fuel trim .Fuel comp is at 100% on map 1 and 100% from 600-1600 RPMS 96% from 1800-2800 RPMS then 92% the rest of the board. I haven't gone over 3500 RPMS with it yet .I do do have some logs saved with the above pulls. I would like to get it to run well enough to put some mile on it before it goes to the tuner and dyno any help would be great.
