I bought a tuner uprev cable license is used got it for like 70 bucks hell of a deal . But I really don't have 300 dollars for another license if anything I'd just want to do maps like launch control and 2 step is there anyway of doing this for free or something ?

If its just the tuner version cable with no license you can't do anything. You need a $300 Osiris license before you can flash your ECU and tune. The 2 step launch control requires the ARC license upgrade which is another $100 on top of that.
