Pig rich issue
Ok guys I haven't posted in quite a while now but my car is running and I have 1 huge issue. The front 02 sensors are reading a static 14.7:1 ratio which is causing the ecu to dump the max amount of fuel into the system. Wideband is reading 11.2 so it's stupid rich. Replaced both front 02 sensors and it changed nothing. Continuity, voltage, resistance, and ground are all good. Myself and the tuner are not sure exactly where to go from here. Any ideas guys?
car was able to be tuned to WOT and runs smooth throughout the rpm range however I can't daily it this rich. Tuner used an external wideband to tune with however it read the same as my aem one.

can you rent/borrow/buy a standalone o2 sensor to confirm/deny the OEM o2s??
How is your gas mileage??
Does it smell rich?
Can you unbolt them (partially or fully) or pick up o2 cheaters to get some variance on the o2 sensors?

Using an aem wideband for the a/f ratio which was confirmed my the reading on the dyno. Getting poor gas mileage but doesn't smell rich out of the tailpipe surprisingly. Not exactly sure what o2 cheaters are. I know they're used for the rear sensors but not the front.

These are the results I’m getting from my scanner. Notice the 100% on load_pct(%): being 100.0. Rear 02 sensors have been removed. Car starts great, idles at 14.7 a/f at the beginning then it tanks to 10.0 because 10 is the lowest it can read. All sensors have been replaced on the engine, including throttle body and o2 sensors. I’m lost...

My next step is ripping out the wiring harness because something is causing the injectors to run 100% duty.
