Default HR Uprev Tuned

Made 297/261 on an HR with test pipes back no other engine mods. Anyway to squeeze 300 out of it or suggestions on what to upgrade next before boost? Also running a little lean on idle, afr reads 13.1-12.8. Any suggestions on how to fix that/ whats causing it?

Get it tuned to correct the lean issue and what kind of dyno? Seems high, my hr with full bolt ons only hit 286 on mustang dyno

easiest solution would be to have your tuner add 1% or 2% to the correction factor ... reprint dyno sheet and show your friends!!

If your only looking at easy bolt ons (assuming you havent already) consider a true dual exhaust and/or some intake mods (including water/meth injection) that'll provide a cooler charge - something that'll allow more timing (increase torque) and something that'll promote free flow(increase hp). All will require a re-tune.

13.1(.89 Lambda) to 12.8(.87 Lambda) doesnt see that far off on an NA engine - more fuel doesnt always mean more power. If you dropped down to 12.5(.85 Lambda) no one would blame you, you'll mitigate some heat and it might give you a few horsepower but nothing to write home about.

Save the time & hassle ... put the money & effort towards an FI build ... just my 2cents

It was a dyno jet 224x. Don't mustang dyno's read a lower than what it actually is? I definitely got alot better response.

If nothing breaks and I don't have any crazy bills pop up, I'm planning to see boost before the summer.

That's cause your HR has a shitty Chevy badge on it.

Try to advance timing by 2-3 degress in WOT and add 5% to k-value to make more richer is the easiest way.
