This is the E-mail I got this morning.

Shreveport IFO promoters,

I am sorry to inform all of you, but the 2010 Shreveport Import Face-Off has officially been canceled. The host venue, Thunder Road Raceway Park, has closed down until further notice. We can not host the event next weekend.

I have spend many hours as I am sure some of you have too, but the event can not go on. If the track reopens, I will contact each of you to reoffer the promoter program with higher pay since this first time was all for nothing.
