I'd figure I would start a thread after receiving several PMs about potential convoy coming out of Cincinnati. Many of us will be riding that same stitch of I75S down to Knoxville.

Other Considerations:
We are planning on meeting up with our convoy at the Dry Ridge Exit in N. Ky.
Please make sure you are topped off on fuel coming through Cincinnati so that we are all on similar fuel schedules. If the convoy gets more than 10 cars we may have one more meet up point on the road if we need to rejoin.

2 way radios, they are super cheap from Walmart! Pick one up we will be on channel 5 through KY. Don't forget extra batteries for them as well.

Food:
I figured we could eat breakfast at Dry Ridge if people are hungry.
Grab something quick and allow for some time for people to meet up.

Lunch: 1pm works well and there are plenty of places on the route to eat at. I figure during fuel stop 2 in London we can discuss food options with the group.


Convoy speed: 75-80 MPH (if you are not comfortable traveling 5-10mph over the speed limit find another convoy. Also I know we all have fun fast cars but please keep shenanigans to a minimum and try to keep speed under triple digits. If you fall behind you can catch up at a fuel stop or speed at your own discretion. We average this trip in 6:15 with food and fuel stops. That puts us in Fontana right at check-in and still early enough to get some afternoon runs on the dragon on Wednesday while its very empty.
