I want water cooled, and ball bearing. Looking to get a turbo that will be initialy ran to produce 400hp, but I want that to be on the lower end of its abilities, so I have "room to grow."

Took care of it. Turbonetics uses their own bolt pattern, which isnt like the garrett pattern everybody else uses. Instead of pay inflated price for turbonetics, iI modified the flange and got a better turbo for less. I will never need to deal with turbonetics or treadstone again!
