If I knew that this comment functionality was turned on in the first place, I would have tried to turn it off....just like I do on my cardomain link. I was just looking for a site to host the video.

The people who actually took the time to post something extremely negative prove that they have more time on their hands then I do. And I guess the overall rating of the video/car speaks louder than the comments though?.

t32gzz, if you want me to update the description of the video with something else just let me know in a PM. Right now all it says is "350Z Twin Turbo w / Built Motor". Maybe I need to post up everything I said on here...let them know it's not my car and also that making the video was unexpected?

Hopefully tonight I can work on the extended version of the video with the new footage.

 

I don't care what guys who do not own a 350 think. I am more concerned with the Z community's thoughts. If they love it I am happy. Don't add any comments, my reply speaks for itself.

It took me about 30 minutes to type that response. It was very difficult to type up a reply to thank those who were interested while defending myself and the car. And did it all without a single cuss word. Took some thought.

Hey guys, I finally got a chance to work on making the extended version of this video. I got it all done last night.

Go back to beginning of this thread, and you'll find the link to it. There is now some good "rolling" footage of the car.

 

The rolling footage is pretty sweet. The whole thing is a little long now though. You may want to do clips of inside the car and then outside the car toggling back and forth. Then maybe start with the interior, exterior and engine bay footage and finish with it.

Overall I am very impressed and appreciate the video. Can you e-mail me the file? Thanks again Robert!

Funny you mentioned that...because I was thinking the same thing myself. I didn't know if I should mix or not? I'm pretty happy with the changes in the film vs the changes in the music though.

This time I turned off the comments feature. So hopefully no one can comment this time around. I can delete the old one if you want?

I wouldn't mind having a copy of some of those hi-res pics of the car either...can you e-mail them to me?

Also, I really think we need to change the description. Somehow I don't think this is what we should be putting out there...especially if my screen name is shown in the video. "Nissan 350Z Twin Turbo If you dont like it eat a d*ck!"

I have no idea...maybe something that describes the car pretty well...maybe copy/paste Tim's signature into the signature so they know his mods?

I just went out and looked at my extended version of my video, and it rating is at 5.....wow......only 500 views though....the other one had over 20,000 views and was at 3+

I guess the outside footage earned the 5. The inside footage did not show the car well enough.

Vick- I like your video too, but it would be nice to drown the music a little more when the car gets loud. So you can hear it.

I like the idea of titling it with my sig. That way we can avoid questions. Once the final one is done, can we delete the others to see how many views we get?

 

My bad Tim the thing was that I wanted to upload the video as soon as possible.So I just slapped on the music file and forgot to adjusted... I also missed on some great effects like video on video or pic on pic how ever you want to call it...but yea when the final is done well delele it..
