Default 350z 468 whp *vid*

I saw this on Google video and thought the Z was nice and all but had a bad driver.
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...0&q=350z&hl=en
If a 350z had 468 whp, wouldn't it do better then 12.8 in the 1/4?

With 486whp I would think you could get in the high 11's at least. That car didn’t seem to pull like it should with that much hp. But what do I know?

I don't think that kid could drive that well. He had way to much wheel spin going into 2nd.

Default 13.1 525 whp

where i am now we have i would say a good well tuned 6 zs that varies from 450 whp all the way to 650 whp and the best run on the drag was 13.1 normal street tiers the guys where humping on 4th gear u can here it.

Do u think street sliks or semi sliks as some ppl call them will harm the dif. or anything eles because of the grip?

Well I have heard of people doing 13.8 N/A(correct me if I'm wrong).

So I would imagine if a z had 468 whp it would atleast pull a low 12? Maybe someone will come in who has the same amount of whp and let us know?

lol...with 468whp, that Z should be way under 12s! I ran a 12.4 and I only have 384whp (and there is still room for improvement!!)...

I have 463 whp rigth now, I pulled 11.9@120 (street tires) when i just have 416 whp so imagine what I can pull rigth now... I'm very sure that with 468 you do a lot more wheelspin that he did with that set up of 19" street tires... btw its not the 12.8, its the 114 trap speed that he pull...in my opinion that car can't have 468... something is wrong!

With less than 400whp I ran 11.9 @ 114-116mph various times. I actually know the owner of this car, its not the guy driving it in the beginning of the video. He runs at a crappy track and has no traction, regardless of his ET he has trapped 120mph down the 1/4 and Im positive it would go higher and run faster with a better set-up and possibly better driving. BTW-its a Power Enterprise TT kit on a Revup tuned by Sharif at Forged.

Wow, TT Power Enterprise.... That's quite a kit. You wouldn't happen to know what psi he was running in this vid do you?

He hit 468WHP on a Dyno Dynamics ie lower reading than a Dynojet on a stock block at 11.5psi...the car is fast no doubt just needs more seat time and some tire.

Hey guys thats my car, and I had no idea this kid post this on google . This kid has a z, and he was planning to spend lost of $$ on bolt on's, so I told him I would let him drive my car so he could feel a boosted Z and maybe rethink his decision. He had my very good friend film him while he was in the passenger seat so he could go home and dream of some day owning a boosted Z. He never told me he was going to post it on google video. First off the car at that time did not have 468rwhp, it had more like 420hp, so I have no idea how they got 468??? . I had gt-c back then. I just recently got it retuned by Sharif @ 468rwhp. Yeah I suck at dragging, so if you don't drag don't talk... My man Alberto can probably run 11's easy if he was driving , believe it or not it takes some skill to go straight. There are many factor that come to play at the strip i.e weight of the car (mine 3423) wheels and tires, track prep, and driver skill to name a few, if you slack in any of those areas you times will show. Word up Alberto!

Very nice setup no doubt. That's way plenty of power for me. I definitely see your need for some fatter tires eheheh. I also liked the sound very much. Stock block??? That's crazy ehehe, but def. plenty o power.

Damn guys the situation has been explained-no need to put downa car/owner like this. Nobody could launch that much power on stock tires....the car is fast no doubt about that. Maybe in a few months the car in question will be coming up to MD at a nice track under great conditions, we'll mount the slicks up and put it in the mid 11's where it belongs

OK, thanks for the correction... I mention about the wheelspin because when you have 400+whp is a pain in neck to hook up

btw what are you guys ment with "Revup" this "Revup" that???
