Am not trivializing 2 tenths in the drag world, I was off by a couple of tenths in my statement, I couldnt remember EXACTLY. Close enough...like I said b4 no big deal

My point is that the1/4 the NISMO ran in the video is right in line with the best time posted by a NISMO owner on this website, which was a high 13 second run. NISMOs have yet to prove themselves as being equal (straightline performance) to the non-NISMO HRs.

are you serious .... you cant compare and AWD inline-6 twin turbo car to a rwd N/A 4cyl, thats apples to oranges. if anything you can compare the NSX to the skyline

Instructor vs Instructor. Doubtful.

Uh......the only reason why it could barely hang with us is because you would have to rev the crap out of that econobox piece of junk. Since your such a Honda fan, please go buy an S2000 and tell us how it drives. But wait, aren't you buying a Z anyways? LOL......

sure you can, its not like anyone told honda corp 2 not build a better car than the s2k. Nissan has consistently BEEN building performance cars better and longer then honda. Your looking at the big pic...Nissan performance> Honda Performance, always has, and prob always will. I'd like 2 c honda even dream of an answer 2 the new skyline, let alone the spec V in 2010

Yeah, Honda has no clue when it comes to performance. It's not like they have a successful Formula 1 team or whatnot.

They have a NSX that performs. But I will say they are behind in the times these days and need to get with the program and come out with some RWD cars and more power.

S2000 is RWD. Do you mean some RWD cars with more power?

FYI S2000 and NSX are discontinued. They no longer have RWD cars.

Like I said, they need to come out with some RWD cars and more power.

Acura might have some AWD cars, but still the power isn't there.

last I checked, they have to "rev the crap" out of the VQ too... funny how the HR revs higher than the DE while creating similar levels of torque... I get vette/mustang guys that come in and complain that they have to rev over 6k to make any power in the G35/G37.

<3 how everyone makes comments about power when both cars are designed to HANDLE. There is a reason neither cars have power increases compared to their respective base versions.

Uh, the last time i checked, we didn't have to rev all the way to 7800k+ to get 306hp....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEr1RPzoBHU

and this video is the NSX running with some exotics that have twice as much HP and the thing is.... i dont even see a Nissan in there

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VjgbvpyCp8

yes, i will say nissan has stepped up big time with the new GTR because that thing is sexy and fast as hell there's no doubt about it. so we'll just have to see what the new NSX has to offer, i hear its coming with a AWD v10 550hp but like i said we'll just have to see.

wow thats a pretty stupid statement, just because one car has to be revd up pretty good to make power its a piece of ****? so i guess according to you the new M3 is a piece junk also because that revs to 8300rpm

the s2k is actually a blast to drive thats why i own one but im looking for something different thats why im looking at the Z
