Default I need some help?

I'm thinking of getting HFC's or Racing Pipes. The thing is I hear race pipes are going to make my car loud as hell with the Nismo Exhaust. Also there is the issue with cracking my exhaust, and maybe triggering a check engine light? Now will the HFC's make my car sound better? That's what I really want and that boost in HP? Also will I have the same problems as with test pipes? The HFC's I like are the Berk Tech. Any other recommendations? I also heard that the 07 stock cats flow real well and getting HFC's would be a waste of money is this true? Also will this mod affect my factory warrenty?

Thanks

If you can justify spending $500 for 5-6whp gain, then go for it.
I'll be waiting for a turbo kit.

I dont know how long its going to take for the turbo kit or the supercharger to be out for our cars. But dont you need HFC's or Race pipes anyway. I allready have exhaust and intake so those are things you need for forced induction. As far as spending $500.00 "Remember you pay so you can play".

Pulling the cats out for test pipes on a 07 does not make a lot of sense. I have run open exhaust on 2 mustangs and it sucks. Super loud and you smell like exhaust fumes when you open the windows. It's not worth the 1-3% gain in power. JMO

Will it mess with my warrenty? Also will it cause cracks in the welds of my Nismo Exhaust?

Just placed an order for the Berk HFC's. I will post pics and a write up on my experience with them.
