I read on a magazine that the new HR block can hold up to around 1000 hp and the internals can hold up to 600 hp. Nissan made the internals much stronger than the DE motor. Search on google. i think i read the article from nissan performance mag.

http://www.*********.com/zwiki/Nissa..._on_the_VQ35HR

check this link out its an article on the HR.

I never said that I was going to slap a massive *** turbo and cross my fingers and hope that it works. There is a lot of thought that needs to go into doing a project like this. The only reason why I was talking about the DE motor is because nobody has a ****ing clue about the HR. There suppost to be stronger than the DE so if a DE can handle it so can a HR. What like .3 difference in compresion ratio your giving me **** about that. What a bunch of dicks! Thanks for the ****ing help

everybody was trying to help and we did anwser your question the HR motor does not have stronger internals/ pistons /rods ect.each stock motor is different some handle more some handle less also depends on the tune so your either some little kid being anoying or a complete jackass which is it.

Actually the HR motor does have stronger internals, including a very strong ladder to handle the extra RPM's.

i understand what i should of said was the car is designed to make 300ish hp N/A see what happens when you go put 13-16psi into stock motor with no internal upgrades IMHO i think it wont hold .
