I'm only getting a grounding kit for stability of my electrical system. I'm not looking for an increase in power, I want a little more stability in my electrical system. But people that have done grounding kits have reported small increase in idle, and transmission (AT guys) performance. Other then that I don't think they do much

it just gives your electrical system a better ground, less interference from other electronics in your car, better flow of electricity. Not anything you get or power.

I heard from Precision Z, which did an amazing job on my stillen install and injen intake install, that the grounding kit was relativly very easy but the intake had some fitting issues.

Don't grounding kit improve throttle response?

I wouldn't expect much though, as it's more for show. A grounding kit matched with some Samco hoses might look good.

Well I got it installed last night it was very easy to install once you figure out which wire goes where, drove it today it feels like it idles smoother and a little more responsive, but it could be in my head.

I installed mine recently and it's worth the sound quality in the stock stereo. I can crank it all the way up and it's so clear now.
