A lot of the guys people who hit 300+whp were on Dynopac Dynos - the wheel is taken off and the hub is directly attached to the dyno. These read closer to flywheel horsepower versus wheel horsepower.

So the numbers are higher than Dynojet, DynoDynamics, and Mustang Dyno whp/wtq readings.

We've done quite a few baselines and custom HR flashes. Peak outputs are in the 285~295whp range on our Dynojet depending on mods.

However, with a flash, ours or others, you'll see HUGE mid-range tq and hp gains. That's where it counts anyway!

Good luck!
Please post a dyno showing these huge mid-range gains. I just did a rather expensive uprev protune on a DJ and ONLY gained 5whp and 4trq throughout the entire band maxed at 285whp.

Man from everything I've seen on here, and in person if your not very knowledgeable about these things the tuner will say "yea you gonna see some hp gains...do it" yet when the tuners are hit with the subtle difference in your car from what made big gains there stomped, and you car becomes the problem...

Sure thing. When I get to the shop tomorrow I'll post em up!

Also what mods do you have ? This may contribute to lack of mid-range increase.

- Injen CAI's

I'd like to have it Dyno tuned. So looks like I will be going with UpRev Osiris Tune.

Folgrz should Chime in with his results from jdmfairlady21 tuning his car.

With my current Mods I should be pushing over 310+WHP! Esp after compairing others Mods and gains.

Wish me luck.
and here is me chiming in

I baselined 277hp a while ago when i was stock and it was also on a dyno-jet. I then put a lot more miles on my car and i then put an exhaust and test pipes on and baselined 291hp and 248tq. Then i got my tune and i ended up laying down 309hp and 251tq. This was a basic tune that i will be going back for some more tweaking. This was also through the stock airboxes with dirty airfilters. First thing you notice after the tune is the throttle response. WOW what a world of difference. 100% throttle all the time. Its great. It goes when you want to and stomping on the gas has never been so much fun. I would deffinetly reccomend getting the osiris for sure!

Here is my dyno sheet. Dotted lines are the first run and solid lines are the 2nd run

13whp / 10 whtq gain at 6200 rpm.

Clint, good work for just an intake. Assuming the intakes actually helped with the tune?

Looking forward to seeing the plot with Injen, AAM HFCs, & HKS exhaust.

Made some Nice #'s

Dyno with HKS Hi power exhaust, Crawford HFC's and Stillen Headers and Produced 314 WHP!

Thats without the Injen intakes. Stock air filter with 5K on them. Not to shabby I must say.

I will install the CAI's and possibly install some GTM Test pipes and see what I can lay down!

I have to Scan the Dyno sheet and post it up.
