All in one HFC and test pipes.
Anyone know anything on these? It seems to be test pipes and HFC all in one... But I've never seen this before.

I have them with a HKS exhaust. I put them on at the same time I installed 4.08 FD gears so I can't really comment on how much different the car pulls strictly because of the cats alone. I can say that the combined power (or pull) added by these and the 4.08's was awesome. As far as the sound, my car got deeper and slightly louder but not raspy. I have only put about 800 miles on them so far.
As of now, I really like them and would buy them again. My car is a daily driver, so when I was researching them, I put an emphasis on keeping the sound as low and non-raspy as possible (which is why is spent the extra money). So far, these are great. They also had great customer service if that makes any difference.

Sorry it took so long to chime in. I am rarely on this forum anymore. It is our resonated high flow cat. A high flow cat with a resonator in the bottom. We are the only ones that offer it and it is designed for the person who wants the power increase of a high flow cat but needs it quieter and less raspy than that! In comes these pipes. If anyone has any questions on them, please do not hesitate to contact me directly...
Thanks, Tony

I'll go ahead and update as well...
I have put probably 2000 miles on these now and I love 'em. they sound absolutely great. At WOT, they sound like a racecar and get a lot of attention, but anything less than that and I forget they are there.
There is no rasp what-so-ever and the sound is as far away from rice as you can get. Its a nice deep throaty sound. These were a great purchase!
I dealt with tony directly when I purchased them.

Tony thanks for chiming in.
jblz, thanks for chiming in. You being one of the first, I feel, will really ease peoples minds on getting these. Curious though... Do you have sound clips? Was their any smell or is there now a smell like w/ typical test pipes?

As far as loudness is concerned, and taking FI products as the ones in question... From most loud to least loud is the order like so:
non res test pipes, res test pipes, HFC's, res cat pipe
non res test pipes, res test pipes, HFC's, res cat pipe

Generally, yes this is the order, but I think its more complicated. You have to take into consideration the other components they are attached to, and take into account the "bellow or tone or rasp" which isn't really loudness. But yeah, generally that's a simple way to look at it.

I wish FI would post some sounds of these hooked up to their exhaust they offer.
I'm also wondering if they'd give discount if you bought both exhaust and TP's/HFC's?
