Single turbo possibility
I have been lookit at a ST kit for the HR guys, and have not been able to find a donor car. While going through a lot of pictures I found this one:
I would just like to confirm that the HR cars (2007-2008) have this opening right after the transmission (yellow circle).
This is where the turbo goes on the VQ35DE (03-06) cars, so I thought with different header flanges the kit would fit, at least as far as all the exhaust components, and turbo intake go.
The only thing left is the FMIC mounting, and charge pipe, and for that I would need a car.

Here's some old pics from under my '07. Don't know if you can really see it from these but they were just some I had in my photobucket and like I said I will get under it and check later (after the game).

6262 is about the same as a GT35, and IMO too small of a turbo for the 3.5L engine. The 6266 with a true T4 turbine housing however is much better suited.
I am sure that there are plenty of people here who would love to get a kit at cost and then run it to see how it does.

I would never put the turbo in the already crammed engine bay though. It is just asking for trouble IMO, as there is just too much stuff that would be very close to the turbine and down pipe.
There are plenty of better location for a ST IMO. Also, as with the BP ST kit for the DE's you don't have to relocate anything. All the exhaust piping stays in its OEM location, with the exception of the inevitable crossover pipe.

I like it! I'd just be very fearful of something happening to the turbo or items under the car, the other issue based on the other build. The headers run so close to some of the piping, the heat output I can't imagine being good for the IC piping. Also the lack of aftermarket headers for the HR isn't much better. Would you be willing to offer a header (stillen blows, not buying their crap again) or some coating for piping.

I would not worry about headers either, they are superior compared to the DE headers. The OEM HR headers would not be a problem with boost on a HR like they are on the DE.
