VQ37VHR Stroker Crank in a VQ35HR?

Different block heights between the two, I can't remember the exact numbers but they are listed on the Brian Crower site. Would have to do the whole rod ratio thing and all that to see if you could get away with it, if so just different customization.

I will be running the VHR 3.7 crank rods and pistons it's a straight drop in.

I've seen a YT vid of a VHR block getting some slight shavings on the cylinder walls on the bottom to clear a BC 4.2x crank (which I'd imagine is a 92mm).
I want to get away from the GTM GT2860RS's and go the GTX3076R (maybe even a GTX3582R if the 4.0L won't take ages to spool); but either way could use the extra displacement to spool those suckers faster, and get more power overall aside from the bump in low end torque.[/QUOTE]

Correction the DE and the HR are different animals, the HR is 8.4mm deck height taller they're slightly defferences 1. the stroke I beleive is 92mm,2.the oil pan is different. the DE is a good engine but the block is weak it could hold 400 whp then you'd have issues on the other hand the HR is much stronger and can withstand excess of 400 whp, I have an 04 DE which I'm rebuilding only replacing the block with an HR and cabrillo rods and pistions,crank
