Rpm jump between shifts? Normal?

Rpm jump between shifts? Normal?
Hey guys, just had my light weight flywheel installed and I notice between shifts my rpm jumps about 200 rpm with clutch in?
Is it that normal because the inertia on the light flywheel or is my clutch not disengaging all the way? Will i need to adjust my pedal further back? Right now it's equal level to my brake pedal
