Default JWT Concentric Slave or Delete Kit?

Hey guys, my stock clutch has finally given up the good fight, and while not totally un-drivable it does slip when it gets hot. So I'm biting the bullet and replacing the clutch and flywheel with Z1 stuffs. My delima is do I spend the extra $200, bucks and go with Z1 delete kit or the JWT HD CSC? I like that the JWT uses the stock lines instead of using totally different set ups to essentially do the same job, I just haven't seen many reviews on the JWT stuff, although I have used their drive-line stuff in the past and it has always done what I've asked of it. Also, I like the fact that I won't have to get under the car to adjust it like the fork style kits. Any feedback that you guys have on the JWT kit would be appreciated. I've read most of what's out there on the conversion kits, just don't know if they are worth it or not.

Unaware that JWT offers a CSC kit, maybe you’re referring to the tested/proven HD CSC from ZSpeed Performance. They were also the first to offer a CSC elimination kit called CMAK (clutch movement alteration kit).

Have experience with the HD CSC on ‘07 GT. Works great and owner has about 8-10k on it now. Feels good, eliminated soft pedal associated with HR/VHR.

Have heard nothing but good things about CMAK but no hands on.

No experience with Z1 unit.

I have seen the Zspeed one. I knew people had good luck with them so if I can find any info on the JWT unit it's probably the one I'll end up with. Here's the link to the JWT unit if anyone is curious about it. http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/cus...asp?PartID=564

Interesting. Was unaware of such a product from JWT. Good info. Looks like a new product - no pricing on it yet it seems unless you call. Now there are three alternatives to the garbage OE CSC. (Not that it's relevant to me at this point but good to know.)

Beebopping around on the net I found the JWT CSC on Enjuku Racing for $250.00. ( https://www.enjukuracing.com/product...r-vq37vhr.html ) So what it really comes down to is the roughly $200-250 savings worth potentially having to drop the trans again and replace the clutch disc because of fluid contamination? Probably not. Also, I read the description again for the CMAK and unlike the Z1 kit it is self adjusting. So it's likely I'll be going that route just to know I won't ever have to worry about this issue again, but like you said good to know JWT offers another design that looks to be a little easier as far as a "plug and play" option.

Go with the Z1 delete kit. The JWT HD CSC is better than stock, but it’s still an internal slave, so if it fails you’re dropping the trans again. It’s the same logic people use when upgrading to something like a 6.0 Powerstroke delete kit, eliminate the weak point now instead of fixing it twice. Since you’re already in there, delete it and be done with it.
