I have a 2008 350 z and it痴 starting to make a grinding noise right around about 2k-3-k rpm off throttle. And when I put it into and out of gear it grinds a lil bit . and I知 pretty sure it痴 the throw out bearing. But i bought this car with a csc delete so I just wanna make sure i buy the correct bearing

and if you have any tips or tools that help with the process of doing a throw out bearing and tips would be appreciated thank you I attached some photos of the bearings I知 looking at just need to know what one to buy

I知 not sure if this is the same csc delete that the car has but I知 sure they are similar they look similar at least from what I can see

 

If the kit you have is using the OEM tob sleeve, then I'm pretty sure you would go with the OEM throwout bearing meant for the VQ35DEs (03-06).
