Our car has the sport package just like Injected's Car does and it made 279 on our Dynojet. All of the haters must be expecting to see wheel numbers that are higher than the advertised BHP.

i would spend less time dynoing and more time on a 1/4 mile track to see what kind of numbers it puts down

Agreed you guys need to head to the track. Forget about all the wheel/tire and spring combos for now and head to the track. In March it be nice to see some comparisons on NASA track events between 370 and 350s. Some HPDE events would be a nice way to test the new model.

Pretty sure it will still slay. It's lighter, stronger, and has better brakes, among other things.

Strangely enough most tracks around here feel like 20-30 degree weather is not the best time for business and are closed.

Not to mention that since we are all in business to develop and sell products seeing what fits on the car is the most important thing for all of us right now. As far as I'm concerned Car & Driver can handle the 1/4 mile tests.

Id love to see a Tsukuba with a 370Z, 350Z, E92, Boxster S, S2000 and a base Carrera 4S for good measure.

easily = leaving no doubt which car is superior. 15whp difference, better power band and shorter gearing should be more than enough to "easily" give the 370 the win. if that 13.1 was stock then the same driver should be able get into the 12's with the 370 on the same track under the same condition.

but bench racing ftl, sorry.

Some of you will defend your precious HRs to the very end, despite the overwhelming evidence supporting the fact that the 370Z is a faster car in every way than an HR 350Z.

Stop being such a fanboy.

You almost some across as a 370 nuthugger...

but that's ok - it's a great car.

You forgot to add that with a shorter wheelbase, the 370 should be able to transfer more weight to the rear wheels for better launch traction.

Of couse we are talking stock cars here. I don't care if a 370 can pull on me - it should be able to, but if i can pull on a 370, then

I need to go to a 1/4 mile to see what I can do with the mods I have.

They will come... but not for about 6 months. That's how long it took to start getting HR times. I can see 12.9, maybe 12.8, but that's pushing it.
