If you are a Univ grad, Meloche Monex has the best rates around.

Hi,

I am 30 years old in Edmonton Alberta
with a Z.

I have a clean record, but have only
been driving since i was 26 (lived on
my mountain bike )

My insurance rates ranged from 2500$
to 3200$.

So I put the car under my Mom's name with
me as the primary driver (I don't know how
that works but whatever) and I pay around
1300$ now. I would love to see how Nissan's
marketing research is skewed with a retired
mother of 3 owning a Z

Hey I am 25 and have been driving for about 9 years with a clean record. I am going through State Farm for about $1400 a year which includes 1.3 M in liability. $250 for collision and comprehensive and limited waiver of depereciation. Windsheild Cov and fire, theft and all of that. Loss of use for $50a day if I get into a accident and can't use my car. So all in all pretty good rate...to compare all major companies try kanetix.com
