Default Edmonton Alberta 350Z Owners

Just wondering if there is anyone in Edmonton or the surrounding area that is familiar with the Z. I have just purchased an 04 Track edidtion from the states and am starting to notice a weird vibration/noise. I have an aftermarket clutch and flywheel and have read about people refering to a sort of dump truck noise, but i really dont think that the vibration/noise is a result of them. I dont know if i am being paranoid as its a new car that im unfamiliar with or if something is actually wrong.

Anyone who could meet up and give me some advise i would gladly buy a few beers.

What brand are your tires? I currently have Bridgestone Potenza RE040 which came with the car STOCK. They are noisy as hell on high speeds. I am thinking about getting the Falken FK452 later on. I have heard alot of good things about them

I have the JWT clutch and lightweight flywheel in my 05 G35 if you want to hear what it sounds like. I'm in St. Albert.

When does the noise/vibration occur? If it happens when you are stationary its probly the clutch.

Default 04 Track issue

I currently have 19'' Axis shines on with Falkin 452's and it definitely isn’t a tire issue. It seems to occur the most at lower RPM's between 2500 and 4000. A buddy of mine is taking it into a dealership this afternoon to have DTRL installed and have a tech take a quick look / ride and give his opinion. I had the car up on a hoist last weekend to make sure that none of the exhaust was rubbing and it all looks to be clear. There is one spot though that worries me right above the GT SPEC brace.

If that’s what it is it should be a cheap fix.
