Fellow Z owners- I need new rear tires after 34K miles. (Nissan replaced my fronts after about 25K miles due to uneven wear.) Don't you just love turning off the traction control? Anyway, I want a quiet tire that will handle, and I want to get the best deal I can get. What do you guys suggest for quiet ride, price, and handling? I plan to buy online and then find a reputable installer. Your help is appreciated, and anyone who doesn't wave to a fellow Z owner is just not worthy, IMHO.

P.S. Does anyone know a wide open space in the Houston area where I can get some tire smokin' footage of my Z in action prior to the tire replacement?

 

I forgot to add something to my earlier post- I don't give a $hit how many lawns you had to mow to turn your civic, accord, del sol, crx, s2000, subaru, celica, neon, cavalier, etc. into a freakin' Ferrari. It's still a car my sister would drive. I don't care if it does 0-60 in 3 secs. Thanks again to my fellow Zeople who are offering advice on the tires I need.
