This is a question to anyone who has or has had 20 inch rims on a Z. How is the ride? How easy is it to damage a rim? Is there that big of a difference in performance, or can I just bolt on aftermarket headers and make up the difference if there is even any difference. Any extra info you can give me would be great, Thanks Guys!

 

Usually the ride is better because of the wider tires and better stance. Depends on the tires too. It is easier to damage a 20 wheel than smaller ones because they usually have shorter sidewalls so there is less rubber to absorb impacts. Depending on the weight of the wheel, there will be a slight difference in performance but not very noticable. I dont have 20's, but this is info i've seen in many threads on here. Try searching there have been other very similar threads.
