looking for a good tire for the money. was qupted 135 for each rear tire mounted and balanced. Just curious if these are any good or anyone have experience with them? Dont' need anything too sticky, would rather have mileage. This is for my gf's car. thanks...

Okay, so you are looking at getting Kumho Ultra High Performance tire Ecsta KH11. Just want to get that straight. Did you read about it on there website? It is very informative:

Many Members run the Dunlops and the Continentals. I love my SP9000s. Well, Tirerack.com says it is a Grand Touring Summer tire. More info here with reviews and ratings:

If you want a tire that you can get milage on let me steer you away from anything saying ultra high performance. A good performance summer tire should be fine look for something with a 300 treadwear rating.

 

Remember you can't compare tread ratings across tire manufacturers. A Michelin 300 is not the same as a Kumho 300.
