hey yo, go to www.adrwheels.com and then click on sponsered cars. there's pic of a Z with the M-sports on it.... it should be sitting like that (gap wise) or maybe even more flush, since i'll have a-symettrical wheels (curvature on like a bend on top of tire instead of boxy) let me know what you think

Just put the wheels on today... IMO i think it looks FAN-TA-BU-LYTUS. nice and even... went with 19x9.5- 30 series in the rear and 19x8.5- 35 series for the front, humble 1 finger all around. Unfortunately, I would like to post some pics, but my GF misplaced "my" digital camera. At 1st i was kinda hesitant about the difference series tires but like i said, nice and even all around! Champ,
Did you get an alignment yet? How low was your drop. I just got some rims and like a drop too, but don't want something that will cause alignment issue.
Are u in Fullerton?

tractng,
no alignment yet, although it's always recommended. i mine as well get one... my drop was 1 1/4 inch drop, nothing aggressive, but i'm thinking bout getting some rear camber kits. and yea i do live in fullerton.
with the new rims, it only enhances the styling of the car, noticed some other stock Z's at my work slowing down and looking at mine. It seems like most people are going either coil overs or the eibach pro kit. i would like those too but i got the springs for cheap. what size rims you get? and type? if you're ever in fullerton and see a silverstone z with silver adr's, high beam or flag me down. oh yea, one more thing, usually when you get rims or lower or even both, there will be some alignment issues, maybe not significant but just get an alignment, it's only like 50 bucks as opposed to spending $$$$ on new tires. cya around bro.

You definately got a great deal. I've had the hyper silver's for about a year only in 18 in and paid $1850 with nittos. There has been a couple of areas that the finish has peeled off. A little bit smaller than a dime in diameter. Generally on the sides of the spokes. Maybe small rocks or whatever hit it just right and the finish is gone in that area. I get lots of compliments and tyhe Z looks much better. If I had the money to burn I would have bought Volks gt7, but for and $1,000 it just didn't fit the budget
Good luck with the new rims

Thx Zshadow,
i really agree with you when it makes the z look that much better. the hyper silvers only seems to accentuate it even more... the door handles, my silver shift **** and overall the looks and lines of the car. i can see more people noticing it as opposed to when it was in stock form.
Moving Violation,
As far as negative effects on performance, the rpm seems to be higher then when it was on 17's. Regarding speed, from the roll it does seems slower but on highways, it still flies. With the lower series that i'm riding in the back, i feel every bump and crack on the roads, this makes me not want to drive fast and in fact makes me want to just cruise more.
POTHOLES ARE THE ENEMY.....
I know there are more high caliber rims like the Volks and etc etc. but i was really digging the styling and for the price, i was hooked.... happy motoring bros. i love the Z even more know. imagine what'll happen if i get a bodykit.

i don't think better tires would make a big difference... if it's lower series and lowered you'll feel everything. I'm sure you've noticed somewhat on the stock tires, that the Z reads every bump on the road like braille. you could always go 18's with 40 series, not really sure how that would look, but i've never gone below 40 series so i thought to myself, mine as well go with 35's and 30's
