track wheel tire size?
I have an 03 Z track still with the stock track wheels and tires.
How big of a tire could I install and still fit properly? I heard it is popular to go from:
225/45 to 245/40 (F) and
245/45 to 275/40 (R)
Will handling be improved significantly? Will road noise worsen?
How about fuel economy?
Thanks,
Baron

I put on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 245/40 in the front and 255/45 in the rear and i love it. Road noise sounds about the same I guess and I really didnt notice any change in fuel economy. Car feels a little less understeer and I've heard the biggest you should put in the rear of the track wheels are 255.

Baron,
The 245/40 up front and 275/40 in back are common with 8½" and 9½" wheels. Your track has 8 & 8½" wheels so those sizes might be a little too large.
