Default Tire Choices

My new Volk GT-V's Should be in any day now. I ordered my tires today from a local dealer. I wanted the Toyo Proxes mainly becuase they were cheaper but the service rep spoke very highly of Michelin PS2's. I decided to go with the Michelin's becuase I've heard they have superior ride quality. Anyone disagree with that or have anything to add? Sorry for the boring post but Im so excited I just had to tell someone that I thougth might give a damn and you guys were the first to come to mind.

PS2's are pretty much the best and their price reflects that - for street tires

I actually have had both. Heres my 2 cents. I paid same amount as jtd350z from Tire rack. they arrived in 1 day! Nice service.

TOyo's
Good tire for the money.
Looks very good.
Grip is ok, sidewall kinda soft.
Overall i was satisfied.

Michelins
Expensive
Grip is outstanding, even in rain 1.998 60ft on drag strip
Ride is smooth and quiet.
Sidewall is firm and feels secure in corners.
Overall I was expecting good results and reality I am amazed. So are many other die hard S03 owners. Only if they were cheaper, that's the only gripe.
