Default 2005 Owners Only - Tire Feathering?

Before anyone responds telling me to search, save your breath. There is so much tire feathering information on this forum it will choke a pig. I don't care to weed through all of it for 2 hours to find snippet of info.

Simple question: Have any 2005 G or Z owners experienced tire feathering?

I have an '05 Enthusiast model and I'm wondering if Nissan has the problem fixed or not.

Thanks.

05's are like 3 months old, it's not likely to show up that fast.

I've had my G 2 months, no feathering to report.

Wow, didn't realize Nissan was so late getting out the '05 models. Thought they would have been available since November.

I have a little over 6k miles and no feathering. The outside tread on the new RE040's are solid rubber near the edge, not split like the older tires. This probably helps somewhat and I think Nissan has set the front suspension up to do away with the problem of the 03's and early 04's. I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway.

I have about 1500 miles on mine and no feathering. I think it's too early to tell.
