I believe stock size is 225/45F and 245/45R.
Can i fit 245/40 and 265/40 on the stock 18" performance tires?

I'm now running four 8.5" Track rims and plan to run 255/40 Azenis all round.
To answer the next question, no there's no VDC issues.

and why did you go with that setup, aren't the performance wheels staggered?

I'm really not into that hot rod look of a taller rear tire. Even the Hotchkis spring drop accentuates a non stagger setup with the rear getting a 1/4" larger drop than the front.
If the VDC doesn't mind, why not?
Here's a pic of 245/40 mounted all round. The stance is from JICs, not Hotchkis - although it's not far from that.

Right now, I am running 18x8.5" Rays Track rims all round which did require purchasing a second set of rims and then selling the four front 18x8.

If the manufactuer indicates that their 265/40 is approved on an 8.5" width - then go for it. Having said that, I'm not sure if you're aware but the front wheels on a Track package are a little more narrow at 8".
