Default Volk GT-U: too flat?

I'm thinking of getting 18" Volk GT-Us in gold for my black Z.
However, I'm afraid they will look too "flat" in the wheel wells.

Anyone have pics of these on their car?

If those don't work out, I may switch to 19" G Games Wolf 2-piece, which may also come in gold.
If anyone has those, again, I'd love to see them.

HELP! I can't spend this much money without my clearing my conscience!

no pics, but i would suggest the volk over the g-games, even though it is made by mackin.

18" forged vs 19" cast...

one will drive better, one will look better (arguable, i still like the 18" volk).

go for the 18". better resale in the future, much better quality.

and BTW, the GT-U is wicked, its almost my favorite volk wheel. get it with the red "lip line" and it'll look HOT on your black Z (with the gold finish on the GT-U). some larger rubber and a drop will cure any "18's are small" philosophies.
