I replaced my stock Bridgestones 225/45/18's front and 245/45/18's rear with larger Michelin Pilot tires. I did NOT get the AS or all seasons.
I bought 245/40/18's for the front and 275/40/18's for the rear.
All my wheels are 9.5" wide.
Not only do the new tires look better (more aggresive) but the Z rides soooo much better. I took a 90 degree turn at 45 with absolutely no slip. Also, the tires seem to supply a much smoother and quieter ride.
If anyone is considering Michelin Pilots, I would highly recommend them.
(Also, I purchased them at my local Discount Tire store)

I now have MP A/S 275/40 245/40 18s, and I love them so far. They are MUCH quieter than the stockers and lots of grip. I hadn't intended on purchasing these, because they are so expensive. I got a helluva deal with some rims and I'm certainly not disappointed.
It is much harder to squeal these tires....not impossible, but with much more grip than stock, you have to be on it pretty hard to get any squeal.
