Haha you get one of those cars, and i wont say **** about 20" rims. Because i wont be lookn at the oversized wheels, i will be looking at the car.

Till then, yes 20" on a car like the Z is gay.

I can't say much for Zs on 20s but I've seen them in person on Gs and they look good. Maybe it's the longer wheelbase.

Okay guys. Let's squash this now before it gets out of hand. As I've pointed out above, it's merely personal preference. Just like bodykits, style/size of rims, color of your car, brand of mod part you use, FI vs. NA, & what transmission you prefer. There is no right answer since it's very subjective.

I'm willing to walk away from this arguement, but I'm still amazed at the unmitigated gall and blatant hypocrisy of slamming a person for putting 20's on a sports car and staying closer to the overall diameter of the stock wheels, but somehow simultaneously looking past the fact that he bought an automatic transmission of that same "sports car"! WTF?!?! If you're so concerned about "sport", there could be no legitimate reason for buying an AT, unless you've only got 1 leg! I'd rather have sporty 20's than an old man's slushbox anyday!!!

If you really wanna know, i didnt have a choice, car was bought, and then given to me, no choice there. I would gladly take a 6MT over 5AT... but your saying you would turn down a 350z just because of 5AT? I think not.
So now that said, who assumed i would be staying stock wheels? Waiting for them to come in? Ohhhh ya thats right...

Now i stated my opinion on putting 20" wheels on a 350z was just plain dumb, too big for the car, and too heavy.

Oh and yet i dont see any mods listed in your sig, nor even a 350z? Do you even drive a 350z? lol

I see what's going on here!! Your car was bought and then given to you? I'm dealing with a teenager here! It all makes sense now! Anyway, being that you called me out, I bought( I paid for it myself)my CS/Frost Touring Roadster w/navi 6mt in February, and ordered 20in. GT-C's immediately thereafter. I'm not waiting on anybody to "give them to me." I don't have any "mods" listed, because I don't have, nor do I want any. My Z is a low 14-high 13 second car, and right now thats fast enough for me. I bought the car to cruise around with my wife, not street race. My other car is a 6 speed '94 Z28 with a forged bottom-end 383 stroker with all the goodies including a 12 lb. ATI blower. It run high 11's on street tires and pump gas. Trust me youngster, if your idea of "mods" are test pipes and clear corners, I'd smoke your *** using only the even numbered gears. Now, go do your homework, cause you're getting on Daddy's nerves....

Well id hope for at your old age, that you buy your own stuff. Iam lucky enough that iam 17 and had my parents bought me the car. Neverless i do pay for my own insurance, gas, and mods, give it thats not much, but atleast that is more then most rich kids in my city.

Oh and it all makes sense now? Ya it does, by picking a fight with the "youngster", you actually go below the youngsters level.

Oh and figures you picked 20s, you "older" people always have different taste .

Cloudy, remember that an "old man" at the ripe old age of 33 once told you: "Just because your 350z with cold air intake is by far the fastest (and only)thing you've owned, does NOT mean it's the fastest car on the road."
