I have searched this forum and found one thread on this subject but its not definitive so I am asking again, please excuse if I missed another posting.
I purchased 20" rims from Discount Tire about 8 months ago for a 2008 350z touring. they provided me falken 452s Front 245/30/20 and rear 275/30/20. When contacting Falken tire about proper air pressure, I was told that my sizing in the fronts are now a lower load carrying capacity than my original equipment tire. Rear size is fine. According to them I should have 245/35/20 in the front and NOT 245/30/20. They never recommend that you lower the load rating of a tire from the original equipment.
So I called DT and they were happy to send me a new set of tires for the front but after reading some of the posts, it is possible this tire may not fit? Is that true?
I have these tires now should I send them back?

The normal upsized tires for the 350 have always been...
245/40/18 275/40/18
245/35/19 275/35/19
245/30/20 275/30/20
Unless you have a base model (no TCS or VDC) you have to be very careful about front tire size variations. If your front tire gets taller than the rears, then you'll have problems with TCS/VDC kicking in even when driving around normally.
You can use variations on those sizes, for example
255/35/19 285/35/19 works in place of the 245/275 combo.
Your problem is not the choice of tire sizes, I suspect it's a problem of brand/type and load capability. In your other thread, you mentioned the load capacity of the Falken being 1323 versus 1356 for the OEM. You're only looking at 33 lb difference. While I'm sure they're concerned from a liability standpoint, from the practical side that's inconsequential.

I see a TCS switch in the car but the VDC is automatic.
Im such an idiot too, when I got my tire and wheel package I simply took what tire they had in stock the falken 452, they are great tires imo, but I just realized they do may all season tires in those sizes should have got those instead
If you have the TCS switch, then you don't have VDC. You could still have problems with the Slip light coming on with a front tire that's taller than the rear. TCS determines "slippage" be comparing the known rate of rotation of the fronts vs the rears. If you change the relative diameter of fronts vs rears, then you confuse the computer and it throws false slip warnings.

I have an 06 Z and I was thinking about putting some konig or axis 20" rims on it, but before I buy them I wanted to know how bad the turning radius is with them and whether or not they scrape. So does anyone know?
no...they dont scrape. We'll unless your on step inclines or declines and the turning radius is fine. I would post a pic of my car but my x decided to delete my photobucket account ftl...lol.
lmao @ ex and i had 20s on my car for a little bit with the wheel spacers they rubbed the fender when i took spaces off they were fine and my car is dropped about an inch and half on tien s tech springs
