Hey everyone!

I'm extremely new to the whole modding scene and would love to get some wheels for my Z. I am really interested in getting black rims with a chrome lip. I know Volk makes a couple as well as Axis. I was wondering if people could post costs, pics, good places in MA to have installed. ANything! I just need to start browsing. I think im interested in 19's or 20's.

first off the lips are not chromed. their high polish, so before you call a vendor make sure you know what you are talking about cause some guys smell newbie from a mile away and will take advantage.
Second how much you wanna spend?

 

Jakillo, sign up on g350z.com. There are a lot of mass heads running around over there, myself included. As for shops, the good ones are usually centered around the CT area. Avalon Racing and XX Tuning come to mind.

 

I have these on my SB Roadster and I get comments on them daily.

 

I have the Kazera KZ-A's too. I love them and get compliments quite often as well.

Buddy pick what u want for wheels, then head over to TownFairTire on Route 1 N., Saugus. They will Mount,Balance,stems,lugs(Gorilla w/Lock),and full 4 wheel alignment, Lifetime Tire repair, 30 test trial (is u dont like the tire, u can exchange them within 30days) all for FREE. (speak with a guy named Hanlet when u go for the install, tell him Sang & Sully sent ya, he'll know the deal.... No only that, if you find a set of wheels/tire package somewhere else, they will beat the price.

Also, it'd be wise for you NOT to go 20's esp here in Mass. Your asking for a destroyed wheel with the amount of potholes, and crappy streets. Go 19's with some good tread, and at least 35 sidewalls.

If u want come by my place, and ill show ya my setup with 19's and Tein S-Tech springs.

Those rims are hella nice.. down_shift has a set of (black I think) Volk GT-C's with a nice polished lip too.. Volk SF Challenges are my fav "bling" rims... LE37t's are TE37's with a polished lip and are ok not quite as bling.. Anyone2U has a set of black Racing Hart J8's .. looks sooooo hot too.. They will all be at the cape meet.. I would suggest you check out the cars there before you buy..

Hey Sully whatsup! Thanks for the invite man, well hafta hookup sometime and get a lil Z cruise going.

My Z has been at factory collision for the past month and a half getting fixed. Some guy backed up into my Z earlier in the year and so ill finally get it back on tuesday. I wanna get her something special if I can pull some cash together haha!

what's the difference between volk's phantom black and diamond black?
