Default finally decided!

that i am going with 18" rims! i was thinking about getting enkei NTO3+Ms but i heard that enkei's bend really easily... so not sure about that? i was also looking into OZ superlaggas because theyre really light weight and strong... anybody know a set of rims that look decent, are light weight, and dont bend real easy? california has a lot of potholes and i cant afford to get my rims fixed every week... price range.. about $2000 for the rims AND tires.... any ideas?

also, how much did you guys with 18's lower your cars to eliminate that gap? im probably going to run 40 sidewall unless 35 is much better? ideas on this as well?

35 will make the gap too big and affect handling due to not as much sidewall. if you don't mind buying used, this site usually has good privat offerings.

Try 5Zigen...affordably priced, the right widths and offset. I haven't had any problems with my FN01-RC's in terms of bending. You can get the wheels for around $250-350 each.

that Pro Racer GN+ looks pretty nice... right now i have these in mind: axis reverbs, 5zigen Pro Racer GN+, OZ superlagga, Enkei NTO3+M, SSR (the 6 spoke rim, dont know the name), and privat (but i dont know about their quality)... anybody had problems with any of these wheels? or anybody have anything good to say about any of them? better yet, does anybody know where i can get a good price on any of these with tires? your help is appreciated

What budget are you trying to adhere to - your choices are sort of all over the map price wise

the 5 Zigens are the heaviest of what you have mentioned, the SSR's are the lightest by a good margin

NTo3 is also near the bottom of the weight scale, and no they don't bend easily at all

As for tires, 245/40, 275/40/18 - with a decent drop (Eibachs or RSR if you are on a budget work great), and it will look sweet

Sometimes you can pick up a nice set of used 18" Nismos with tires close to your price range.
