Default Fixing curb rash

May belong in the Repair forum, but figured this is all about wheels so posted anyways.

There is about 1 inch of curb rash on one of my Nismo wheels that I'd like to get fixed if it's cost effective. Can anyone tell me what this process involves, if they'd need to remove the tire, and how much I might be looking at? Is this a 1 day thing or will they need to ship my wheel off somewhere? Thanks.

Any AZ people know a good place to get this fixed?
