Hubcentric rings for Volk GT-C's ??

Do the wheels come with the hubcentric rings, because i need them. The wheels are not hubcentric from VOLK !!

they should have come with your volks, mine did....the vendor sent me only two so i bought the other 2 myself cuz i got sick of dealing with the vendor
