bauahauahahah for the back yes, for the front no way, not unless you had super retarded overfenders. Veilside one only sticks out 1" wider in front and thats on a 9" wide wheel+18.

There is a reason why all the tuning co in japan run a max width of 9" up front. Turn radius maybe?
