Default If I get 18s, do I need to lower?

i currently have factory 18s on my car. I wanted to go with ADR 18s and was wondering if I need to lower? Will there be a big gap? If there is going to be a gap with 18s, I may as well get the 19s!

How much is it to lower the car
Thanks

changing your wheels shoudn't change your gap at all. 17's 18's 19's...add the right tire size and they should be the same height.

Lowering the car, cost depends on parts/labor. If you just get springs, a few hundred all said and done. Just make sure you get an alignment.

Your wheel/tire diameter should be the same for 18" and 19" wheels, so the gap will be the same. The gap may look bigger for 19" wheels because of the shorter sidewall of the tires.

Lowering the car costs around $120.

I wouldn't drop the car, the car is low as is.. If you really want to drop it, stay within 1", example the Tein S.Tech (0.75"). You may need to get a camber kit for the rear.

It's not that hard to do it yourself. But you do need basic tools, jacks, etc. It will take about 2-3hrs to do the springs.

Shops usually charges $120 - $180 to do the install.

Leave it alone, the car is already low, I don't dig the slammed look.

I'd only lower the car if you have stiffer coilovers, and even then I'd only go about 1 inch lower at the most because of speed bumps and inclines
