Wanted to reach out one last time for advice before picking up my tires. Does anybody see any issues with Goodyear F1s 245/40 in front and 255/40 in rear on stock 17" wheels?

They're really low profile, but I'm getting a good deal for these sizes. Not worth safety risks however...

 

I am running 245/45-17 in the front and 255/45-17 in the rear with no problems. Tires are Nitto NT-555.

 

Cool, that's good to know. No problem with bulging on the the 245s on the front?

I'm mostly worried about the 40s being too low profile. Haven't seen anyone who's gone with 40s on the 17" rims. Not sure if the smaller overall diameter will be a problem, or if the tire will fit without any bulging or other issues.

 

Nope no bulging on the 245's in the front.
