Allrighty, well.....
I got my new rims, but i need to take them to the shop to get my rear fenders rolled to fit the 10.5 ive got back there. The problem is that the shop is about an hour or so away from my house and i dont really want to get my tires in a seperate car and have the other person follow me up with my wheels. SO, heres my question, this can be answered by those of you who have 10.5s or at least know about this.
Ideally, id like to have the rims put on here, and then drive up to the shop and have them then roll my fenders and do the final adjustments on my drop and all that good stuff.
Right now im lowered on Tein Basics, so, im going to be running a 10.5 in the rear with a 285/35/19 tire. So heres the main question.
Do you guys think it would be ok/safe to put the rims/tires on here and drive an hour? about 60 miles. Im afraid that theyre will be some serious rubbing which could mess up my fenders and stuff, but those of you who have 10.5s and 285s back there, do you think it would be ok, all i need is to make it this short distance.
Thanx for anyone who can help.

whats the offset on the rim?
cuz i'm running tein basics with a 10.5" wheel and 285s w/o any rubbing issues.
have you put the wheels on and know that it rubs? or are you rolling the fender just as a precautionary measure?

Yeah im rolling them as a necessary procaution, my offsets are +24. But it sounds like i might be able to make it down there ok, if your not getting any rubbing.
padded vicegrip and elbow grease! Do what I did since the wheels naturally camber in as compressed have a friend push on the trunk intill the tire is tucked. if it does'nt hit while the tires in the fenderwell then ur straight. When i first got my wheels on i thought for sure they'd rub (THEY SAT OUTSIDE THE INNER FENDER LIP) but once i looked closely i found there's clearance once compressed, not much but it's there.
