What are the best tires for traction compared to drags?

What are the best tires for traction compared to drags?
Im looking for a good set of tires for traction purposes, but i do not want drag radials. Any information would be great.

S0-3 isnt the best IMHO. I really didnt like the test results and feedback on it.
