Yeah it does, look at how the tire has to bow inside instead of being straight up or bulging a little outside.

Front - 19x9.5 Face I

My tire experience w/ 10.5 +22 (0.7" drop)

275/35/19 - T1S - no fender rub (ugly stretch)
285/30/19 - S03 - no fender rub
295/30/19 - SC2 - slight rub on large bumps

Hmm... well 285/30-19 is a tad small, where as 285/35-19 is almost perfect.

Since my car isn't lowered, yet, and the wheels have a +24 offset, I'm going to be trying out the 285/35-19s. If the rub now, or after I lower the car, I'll just go ahead and roll the fenders.

+1 Nice wheel, and tire size choices I have the same Good vendor too Steve is the man to deal with....
