PPW Z... Which Wheels Match The Most?! (PICS)
I finally have money for some wheels!! (After 9 months of money saving )
Got around $1800 now
I'm currently a student, and I can't afford Volks Racing wheels...
(keep in mind, that i lived in Canada... the tax is so freaking high here)
19' Volk Racing wheels cost me around $5000 + tires...
So, I found out that the only 19' wheels that I like and within my budget range is Axis Hiro... (I've already heard of the crack wheel news of Axis, and I dun quite worry about it )
So, the black color Axis Hiro (Left Pics) is my choice now...
But I have no idea that it will match my PPW Z or not ...I saved up my money for a very very very long time already. I dun wanna waste it
From you guys experience, the black Hiro will match my PPW Z???
If you guys have some better wheel choice in your mind?? Can you post it here?? (keep my budget in your mind!! )
If you're some Photoshop Expert.... can you help me PS the PPW Z with the black Hiro together when you have time?? thx!!
PS: I have pics of a PPW setup that I'm planning to go with... but then I dun have money for TE37, so i'll go Hiro instead. (Center, Right PICS)
um..please leave some comment guys!! Really need you guys help!!
thX!!!!

if you are planning on complimenting it with cf hood and or a cf wing... then i think it will look bad ***... but just the rims alone is ok, but not a standout...
Good luck
edit:
an idea of how a hyper-black / Gunmetal looks on PPW
excuse my biasness on PIAA's

The bronze Nismo's will look better than the anthracite Hiro's, but they are 18's not 19's. I have a PPW as well, and it took me about six months to finally pull the trigger on some wheels. I ended up getting the Axis Hiro's in silver and man do they look good. I get complements all the time from everyone, and I even see people walk by my car and stare at it when i am inside a shop.
In my opinion, you would be better off getting the silver Hiro's. The problem with the antracite Hiro's is that they have a polished lip. The reason the Volks you have pictured above look so good, is because they are all one color. Don't get me wrong, some people love them but I am jsut not a fan of the black wheel with polished lip unless u have some serious body modifications. And by the sound of it, you are not going to have that any time soon as a poor college student.
Do yourself a favor and get the 19" silver Axis Hiro's, you won't be disappointed.

Man... too many wheels in my head right now... dunno which one to choose..
And I'm starting thinking about the Silver Hiro right now too..
btw, jmckuhen, Can you post some pics of your car?!?! That will be insanely helpful to me!!!
PS: My car is not going for wide body kit or other heavy mod...
Veilside V1 Front Lip + Veilside side skirt + Data system rear spoiler will probably will my body setup....

Axis makes good rims for the price. The Hiros don't come in black...that's an anthracite (dark gunmetal type color). Prob won't find any quality 19's in the correct sizes/offsets for cheaper than that. I know you're on a budget, but don't cheap out on tires though...
