I'm thinking to replace my 18' stock rims (not Ray's 18') to some aftermarket 19' rims. Is there significant loss in perfomance? Every person I talk to dosen't recommend upsizing rims because my car will be slower(0-60, 1/4 times) and ride will be more harsh.

Ride qality will be a tad worse. Some people have fet no difference...thats because they upgraded to a better tire (S0-3 in most cases).
